A three-Michelin-star Indian tasting-menu restaurant on Palm Jumeirah, reimagining regional Indian cooking with produce sourced from UAE farms.
Trèsind Studio holds three Michelin stars, awarded at the 2025 ceremony, and is the only Indian restaurant in the UAE with that distinction. Set in St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah, it serves a single immersive degustation menu that reworks Indian regional flavours using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients from UAE farmers.
The menu changes with the seasons and is priced at AED 1,350 per person; a 60 per cent vegetarian version and a fully vegetarian menu are available. Scale fish are not served, and shellfish appears only when in season and ethically sourced. There are two seatings each evening, at 6pm and 9.15pm, so book well in advance through the website. Arrive a little early for a drink at Papadom, the restaurant's botanical bar.
