Why we recommend it
Bahri Bar sits within Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, part of the Madinat Jumeirah resort, and its terrace looks out over the resort's waterways and the sea towards Burj Al Arab. The interior is richly decorated, but most guests head straight outside in the cooler months to watch the light change over the coast.
The cocktail list draws on the spices of the Silk Route, and there is a menu of light bites and shisha for those who want to stay a while. It is a more refined, conversational spot than the clubs of Downtown or the Marina. The bar opens daily from 6pm until midnight, entry is for guests aged 21 and over, and the dress code is smart elegant. Arrive just before sunset to secure a terrace table.
