Dr. Stravinsky sits on a narrow lane in El Born and calls itself a cocktail laboratory. Much of what goes into the glass is made in-house, from distillates to infusions, using traditional techniques and local producers, and the bar also works to cut down on plastic. It ranked 25th in The World's 50 Best Bars in both 2018 and 2019.
The menu changes, so ask the bartenders what they are working on and expect unusual flavours rather than classic serves. The room is intimate and gets busy after dinner, so an earlier visit gives you a better chance of a seat. Combine it with Paradiso and the other bars of El Born for an evening of cocktails.
