Gaggan
Chef Gaggan Anand's theatrical tasting-menu restaurant, serving progressive Indian cuisine with an emoji menu, ranked third on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026.
An intimate ten-seat tasting-menu restaurant near Wat Pho, where chef Ton reworks his grandmother's family recipes into a colourful Thai feast.
Nusara is the most personal project of chef Thitid 'Ton' Tassanakajohn, named after his grandmother and inspired by the dishes she cooked. Upstairs from his Mayrai pad thai and wine bar, the dining room seats only around ten guests, making it one of the most intimate fine-dining experiences in the city.
The meal opens with playful small bites before moving to family-style courses of curries, seafood and river fish. Everyone at the table takes the set menu, and a vegetarian version is available only on advance request. Bookings require full prepayment, and dinner lasts about two and a half hours. It is a short walk from Wat Pho, with paid parking nearby.
