Why we recommend it
Le Du takes its name from the Thai word for season, and the menu follows suit, changing with what local farmers and fishermen are producing. Chef Thitid 'Ton' Tassanakajohn applies modern technique to familiar Thai flavours, so dishes are recognisable in spirit but refined in presentation.
Guests choose between a four-course and a six-course tasting menu, and the whole table must take the same length; parties of more than five are served the six-course option. The wine list is curated by a certified sommelier and is a real strength. It is a short walk from BTS Chong Nonsi and Sala Daeng, and reservations should be made through the website.
