Chef Julien Royer's three-Michelin-star French restaurant inside National Gallery Singapore, serving light, Asian-influenced contemporary cuisine.
Good to know
Odette is chef Julien Royer's restaurant in the former Supreme Court wing of National Gallery Singapore, and it holds three stars in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Singapore. The cooking is contemporary French with a lighter touch, shaped by Royer's years in Asia and by close relationships with producers.
Reservations are essential and are made online in several languages; tables are released well in advance and go quickly. Lunch is served Tuesday to Saturday and dinner Monday to Saturday, with the restaurant closed on Sundays. The entrance is via the Supreme Court wing's foyer, so allow a few minutes to find it, or arrive early and look round the galleries first. City Hall MRT station is close by.
