Restaurant
Gaggan
Chef Gaggan Anand's theatrical tasting-menu restaurant, serving progressive Indian cuisine with an emoji menu, ranked third on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026.
A pioneering Thai restaurant off Sukhumvit 53 that cooks only with ingredients grown or produced in Thailand, following traditional recipes and techniques.
Bo.lan has long been one of Bangkok's most thoughtful Thai restaurants, built around a simple principle: every ingredient and seasoning must be grown or produced within Thailand. The kitchen follows old recipes and methods, aiming for a careful balance of taste, texture and aroma in each dish.
The set menu, called Bo.lan Rot Klom, is served as a sequence of dishes that build into a classic Thai meal of curries, relishes, soups and salads. Let the team know in advance about dietary needs or allergies, as they can adjust the menu. Bookings are made through TableCheck or by phone. Service runs at dinner on most days and at lunch at weekends, but check current times before visiting.
