Best Nightlife in Dubrovnik (2026)

Dubrovnik's nightlife is relaxed rather than wild, and much of it is about the setting. The most famous spot is Buža, a bar on the rocks outside the southern walls, reached through a gap in the walls and best at sunset. For something quieter, D'vino Wine Bar pours more than 60 Croatian wines by the glass in the Old Town, and Troubadour has hosted live jazz on the square beside the cathedral since 1978.

Later on, Culture Club Revelin brings DJs to the vaulted interior of a 15th-century fortress by the Ploče Gate, open into the early hours. Outside the Old Town, Cave Bar More in Lapad serves cocktails inside a natural cave with a seafront terrace, and Dubrovnik Beer Company brews its own beers in an industrial space on the Gruž waterfront. The busiest season is June to September; in winter, many venues reduce their hours or close, and the cliff bars depend on the weather. The Old Town's steep, stepped streets are slippery at night, so wear sensible shoes.
