It is one of the few genuinely affordable ways to stay right by the sand in Dubai, with beach access, a saltwater pool facing the sunset and a beach bar and terrace.
Rover Rooms measure 26 square metres and come with either city or sea views. The Daily restaurant serves a breakfast buffet and has vegetarian and vegan options, and practical extras include a 24-hour gym, a self-service laundromat, a convenience store and co-working space. Downtown and City Walk are about 15 minutes away and the airport around 10, while the historic Satwa district and the Etihad Museum are close by.
