The Original Singapore Walks
Award-winning narrated heritage walks run since 2003 by Journeys, exploring themes such as Little India, colonial history and the Changi war trails.
Open-top hop-on, hop-off bus tours from Suntec City, with a City route via Orchard Road and a Heritage route through Little India and Chinatown.
Good to know
Big Bus Singapore runs open-top hop-on, hop-off sightseeing buses from its hub at Suntec City, operating two loops. The Yellow Line city tour links major landmarks with the shops of Orchard Road, while the Red Line heritage tour heads through Little India and Chinatown, making it a practical way to reach several neighbourhoods without working out the public transport.
One- and two-day tickets are available, along with a three-hour night tour and combination tickets with DUCKtours. Buses run roughly every 25 to 40 minutes during the day, so start early to make the most of the ticket. Sit upstairs for the views, but bring a hat and water, as the open deck gets very hot around midday.
