Why we recommend it

Global Village is a Dubai winter tradition: a huge open-air park of country pavilions selling street food, crafts, textiles and souvenirs from more than 90 cultures, alongside stage shows, rides and fireworks. Season 31 runs from 14 October 2026 to May 2027, opening in the late afternoon and running until midnight or later.

Tickets are inexpensive, with a cheaper weekday ticket and a slightly dearer any-day ticket, and young children, over-65s and People of Determination with a companion enter free. Rides and some attractions cost extra. Note that Tuesdays are reserved for ladies and families except on public holidays. Weekend evenings get very crowded, so go early in the week if you can, and arrive hungry: grazing from pavilion to pavilion is half the fun.
