Why we recommend it

Le Bristol has stood on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, a street of fashion houses and embassies, since 1925, and it was the first hotel in France to receive the official Palace distinction. Rooms are classically French, and the hotel's restaurants together hold four Michelin stars, led by Epicure under chef Arnaud Faye.

The top-floor swimming pool looks out towards Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower, and the fragrant courtyard garden is a calm retreat in the middle of the 8th arrondissement. Spa Le Bristol by La Mer and a fitness club complete the facilities. A meal at one of its restaurants is a good way to experience the hotel without staying.
