Why we recommend it

There is no menu to agonise over at Le Relais de l'Entrecôte. Every meal follows the same formula: a green salad with walnuts, then thinly sliced contre-filet steak cooked to your liking, bathed in the house's closely guarded sauce and served with fine homemade fries, with a second helping brought to the table.

The Rue Saint-Benoît branch sits a few steps from Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots. Service runs at lunch and dinner every day, with slightly longer lunch hours at weekends. Arrive just before service starts to keep any wait short, and save space for the dessert list.
