Why we recommend it

Restaurant 360 occupies one of the most dramatic dining spaces in Croatia: a terrace running along the medieval city walls near St John's Fortress, slightly raised above the old harbour, with the sea and the marina spread out below. It holds one Michelin star in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Croatia, the only starred restaurant within the city itself, and is the obvious choice for a special-occasion dinner.

The chef, Marijo Curić, is a Dubrovnik native who returned home after working in kitchens around Europe. His cooking starts from Mediterranean ingredients and layers on Asian touches and French technique, with vacuum cooking, robata grilling and fermentation all part of the kitchen's toolkit. Diners choose between à la carte and tasting menus; the Michelin inspectors describe one tasting menu built around the chef's signature dishes and another around the restaurant's classics, and single out the snapper with beurre blanc and a cappuccino of mussels and red shrimp. The wine cellar runs to around 450 labels, with a strong Croatian selection alongside international bottles, and pairings can include creative cocktails.

The setting is the main draw for many guests, so request a table on the edge of the terrace when you book, especially for sunset. For a more private evening, the restaurant has glass-fronted booths, known as tents, facing the open kitchen. The dress code is elegant, so leave beachwear and flip-flops at the hotel.

Dinner is served from Tuesday to Sunday from 18:00, and the restaurant is closed on Mondays. Reservations are handled directly by the restaurant by email or phone and are strongly recommended, particularly in summer when tables are booked well ahead. As with many fine-dining restaurants on the Dalmatian coast, opening can be seasonal, so check dates with the restaurant before planning a winter visit. Pets are allowed only in outdoor areas, and the dining room is air conditioned.

The entrance is on Sveti Dominika, close to the Ploče Gate and the Dominican Monastery, so it is an easy walk from anywhere in the Old Town. Allow at least two and a half to three hours for a tasting menu. Couples celebrating an anniversary or a proposal will find few more memorable tables in Dubrovnik.
