Bar
360 Istanbul
A long-running bar, restaurant and late-night club on the top floor of the historic Mısır Apartment on İstiklal Avenue, with panoramic city views.
An intimate jazz club a few steps from the Galata Tower, open since 2002 and hosting Turkish and international musicians on most nights of the week.
Good to know
Nardis opened on 29 October 2002 in a small space on Galata Kulesi Sokak, just downhill from the Galata Tower, and has been a fixture of the city's jazz scene ever since. The programme changes nightly, featuring Turkish and visiting musicians, with sets usually starting late in the evening and running towards midnight.
The room is compact, with tables close to the stage, so reserve ahead for weekend shows and arrive early for a good view. Check the monthly programme on the website before you go, as acts change nightly. It pairs well with dinner in Galata or Karaköy, and the walk back down to the Karaköy tram is short.
