After the arrival from Real Betis Ceballos has never had chance to impress at Santiago Bernabeu, however, has been one of the key players at Arsenal since his loan move and the Gunners could make his mover permanent when the transfer window will be re-opened in the summer.
The 24-year-old returned to the North London club on loan for the 2020-21 campaign and has played on 24 occasions in all competitions this season, including 16 outings in the English top-tier.
As it stands, the Spaniard is set to return to the Bernabeu this summer, however, according to La Razon, the Los Blancos are open to selling him to Mikel Arteta’s side.

Despite being a regular this season, the former Real Betis midfielder has not featured for the North London club in the Premier League since the middle of January and has been an unused substitute in their last two top-flight games with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Aston Villa.
Ceballos’s current deal at the Bernabeu is set to run until the summer of June 2023
